Sorea warranties the Olla Collection wash basin for a period of five years against color fasting and fading. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, which are hereby expressly disclaimed. This warranty does not cover damage caused to the goods during shipment, or by improper installation techniques, modifications, physical force or other abuse and does not cover any related labor charges, removal and reinstallation expenses, freight or postage. Sorea shall only be responsible for repairing or replacing any part or parts that do not comply with the warranty, as determined by Sorea. Sorea's total liability under this warranty will not exceed the purchase price for the goods and will not include consequential damage.
Sorea's Olla Collection utilizes materials and processes that may create slight color, pattern and texture variations that are inherent to the appearance of the product. Variations in dye lots may also occur.
Due to the natural characteristics of some of the Sorea's Olla Collections vary in: size, density of coverage, shape, and texture may occur. Each Olla Collection wash basin is original with its own unique signature design appearance and variation is inherent to the product.
Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to the place of purchase. Please include original sales order or invoice number, date of purchase, description of item(s) purchased and nature of the claim.
