Cleaning
To properly clean an Olla Bath Basin, it is recommended to wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth (or sponge) using household soap or liquid detergent. Stubborn dirt or stains may be removed by using Spic & Span adequately dissolved in water. Other liquid cleaners may be used as long as they do not contain abrasives, bleach, or chlorine.
DO NOT use any cleaning products containing abrasives or solvents since these could dull the brilliant surface. Product like Bon-Ami, Comet, Ajax, or Lysol are not recommended. Harsh chemicals should never be used on Olla wash basins.
The procedure to remove a light surface scratch or burnish mark is quite simple. Apply paste wax or automobile rubbing compound to the scratch and then mildly buff the area. This will return the original luster and shine to the marred Olla wash basin. Should a deep scratch or more serious damage be encountered, please consult Sorea's Technical Service department for repair instructions at techincalservice@sorea.net.
The Olla wash basin's long lasting beauty, when properly maintained, will prevail indefinitely. Mildew should never be a worry because the Olla Bath Basin is nonporous.
